We have digitized record keeping for our patients. We keep records right from the patient’s general details, examination findings to diagnosis, treatment planning and procedures, payment records, medical and dental history. All the information of patient is handy to the doctor before the treatment which helps prevent missing out on something important at the time of treatment and also helps in keeping track of patient’s conditions.

Our appointment system is also software based and very efficient and hence our patient’s appointments are never jumbled and patient doesn’t have to wait unnecessarily in the reception. Patient gets atomized conformation of appointment status and also the reminder one day prior to the appointment in case of long appointment.  We currently have a capacity of doing treatment procedures on four patients and one consultation simultaneously at a time (4+1) and this software based appointment system helps us utilize our procedure area very efficiently.

We have fixed rate policy and no double standards between NRI and local patients. Our doctors just put in the required treatment for the patient in software and the cost is determined by the software. There is no human interference in this process of determining the treatment cost and obviously the software does not discriminate among the class of patients or their financial status before telling the cost so be assured of reasonable and consistent treatment cost.
